Flush Doors are manufactured from specially selected & well seasoned imported Maranti wood & Pine Wood timber, which are treated by permanant type of preservatives. The solid Block board core is framed with seasoned maranti/Pine wood core battens and strengthened by a layer of cross band core. Face veneer encomposes both side of core. All these are bonded at high pressure and temperature with phenol formaldehyde adhesive under the gross bonding process to make the door resistance to termite, wood borer and cyclic changes.
