V Blender The V Blender is a highly versatile solid to solid blender. As seen in the picture, V Shaped body is ideal for mixing. When it is in the upward direction, the materal is collected together. When it rotates downwards, the material is divided into the two chambers. The mixing takes place due to the continous collection & division of the material. Compared to the other blenders in its class, mixing in the V blender is quite fast. The V Blender has got two charging ports at the apex of the 'V'. Due to this the charging & cleaning processbecomes quite fast and much more trouble free. The discharge port is at the bottom of the 'V'. A Butterfly Valve is provided for easy control over discharge. Though the RPM of the V Blender is very less, a Variable Frequency Drive can be provided for optimisationof different product with different RPM.
