MALIK Ribbon Blender

We are indulged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of Ribbon Blender in Vasai, Maharashtra, India. It is used for dry mixing of food cereals and ingredients like wheat, soybean grits or flour, maida, gram flour, rice, and such other along with other ingredients or some liquid additive. It is a U shape full Stainless steel vessel arranged horizontally with specially profiled SS mixing tool or ribbon arranged parallel to the tank axis. The driving power comes from geared AC motor either coupled directly of through v-belt drive. The products could be charged manually by opening the lid and then closing it for the mixing cycle, but we can design pneumatic chute which will automatically load the input materials directly from hammer mill or other machine in the input line. Likewise the discharge gate is also manually controlled, but could be automated for handling large quantities where manual handling is not feasible.
