TD PU Pre-Insulated Aluminum Duct With One Side Smooth is developed specially for the air distribution in HVAC applications. Polyurethane foam panel with 52 A 2 Kg/m3 density, 20 mm thickness, coated with 80-micron thick aluminium foil. The aluminium foil is embossed on one side and smooth on the other and coupled with a layer of corrosion-resistant polyester paint. This panel is especially suited for use in air conditioning and heating system installations where strict hygiene standards are required. We got the certificate for our PU Panel in Australia; it is approved by third party in Australia as per AS/NZS 1530.3-1999.the methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures - Simultaneous determination of ignitability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke release. We are manufacturing based on it.
