Tubular Immersion Heater

Product Overview

Tubular Direct Immersion Heaters are installed in a tank or container to heat liquids. Since the liquid is in direct contact with the heating elements the heat transfer efficiency is much better than indirect heating and is almost 100%. These Immersion heaters are one of the most widely used methods for heating liquids (such as water, oil, heat transfer fluid and corrosive solutions). Designed for use in tanks and pressurized vessels, they are easy to install and maintain. The direct immersion method is energy efficient and can be easily monitored and controlled. These heaters are available with heating elements made of copper, steel, stainless steel 304 /316, cast iron, titanium, and PFA coated. A wide selection of kilowatt ratings, shapes and mounting options are available to suit many different types of applications. Applications: Deionized water Clean water Potable water Process water Industrial water rinse tanks Vapor degreasers Hydraulic oil Crude Oil Viscous hydrocarbons to bring them to pumpable temprature. Lubricating oils at API specified watt densities Air and gas Heating Caustic solutions Chemical Baths
