Elemec Mica and Ceramic Band heaters are made with high quality Nickel chrome 80:20 wires, wounded on selected Mica or Micanite Sheet for mica band heater, and embedded on steatite ceramic insulators for ceramic band heater its then covered by Metal sheet. There are compressed for higher efficiency and long life time. These are made with maximum 3.5 watts/Sq. CM, maximum operating temperature 270 Deg. C and are made with single ceramic blanket insulation for energy saving.
