- Oil purification ZP-180 absorbent cartridges are designed to remove oil contaminants and to dry the oil. - Their operation is based on the principle of molecular mesh water absorbency. One load of cartridges are capable of purifying 100 tons of oil. After that, the zeolite must be replaced. - Oil purification ZP-180 absorbent cartridges are designed to purify and dehydrate lubrication and insulation oils with viscosity no more than 70 cSt under 122 A F from solid contaminants, water. - Oil purification ZP-180 is intended for use in course of erection, repair and operation of oil-filled high voltage equipment, with voltage up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switchgear etc.) The unit is designed in accordance with placement and operation category 4 and climatic execution UHL as per GOST 15150-69. Capacity is 2,8 m3/hour.
