Our firm is producing and exporting of Dust Collector Filter Cartridge with the following details: 1. Choice of filter media RH1 composite fiber filter medium RH1A flame retardant composite fiber filter medium RH2 standard polyester fiber (white or black optional) RH2A flame retardant polyester fiber RH2B oil-proof & waterproof polyester fiber RH2CD anti-static polyester fiber RH2F coated polyester fiber 2. The two end caps of filter cartridge are made of 8mm-thick stamped stainless steel (unlikely to deform). The end caps are bonded to the filter medium with special polyurethane foam to ensure no gap between the end caps and filter medium. 3. Internal and external structural support is made of high-strength anti-corrosion perforated stainless steel or galvanized sheet strong enough to prevent filter cartridge from burst or collapse by blowing or suction. 4. Soft and strong foaming O-ring seal is used to seal the connection of filter cartridge and sliding plate, ensuring no entry of dust and filtration rate up to 99.9%. 5. The inner and outer screens are fixed with fixation technique by internationally advanced automatic spiral plastic injector (or fixed with belt fasteners) to ensure large air filtration volume, the uniform filter medium is easy blowback for dust removal by electromagnetic pulse valve. 6. Easy maintenance, long service life.
