The main advantage of this product is that it operates directly from the solar energy during the day and the battery gets charged simultaneously. During night, this runs on the battery supply for 3-4 hours. It also has a light for emergency needs. Alternatively, this can be used on main supplies too. During monsoon, this can be plugged into the mains. Even then, it runs on very less power, as low as 10 W, less than one sixth of what a ceiling fan consumes and thus not affecting much on your monthly power bills. Uses: This is portable and can be carried to any place and installed with ease. The fan operates on an AC-DC self shifting circuit and hence it can be connected to battery and also mains.
