We make micanite tape of excellent quality for various industrial applications. Our micanite tape is made from one or two layers of extra thin and large Mica Splitting or Mica Paper bonded with epoxy, polyester or silicon binders backed with paper, nylon (silk) with glass cloth and polyester films in 'F' & 'H' class of insulation. Our micanite tape is used in generators field and armature coils requiring maximum resistance to high voltage and temperature. These tapes are strong enough for both hand or machine application. The polyester mica tapes have very high tensile and dielectric strength due to polyester film. Our micanite tape is used in high voltage armature coils and wrapping bent conductors where very high mechanical strength is required. Widely used in electric motor, electric appliance and fire proof wire.
