Product Overview
We are manufacturing Air cooler after coolers capacity ranging from 50 to 1000 cfm for operating pressure from 7 to 35 kg/sqcm. This can effectively step down the compressed air to 40 deg. C which is the recommended temp. at Air dryer inlet. Cooler pipes are fabricated with spiral wound finns on the outlet to effectively increase the heat transfer area. In addition we are using turbulater (inner finns) to further increase the heat transfer area. We are using copper to copper / M.S to M.S material combinations for different pressures. We are using high air flow axial fans . Cooler itself has a condensate drain at the bottom.
