We are involved in manufacturing of Leakguard Primer to our clients. Two part (powder and liquid) acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proof primer, applied prior to any water proof coating or screed application. LEAKGUARD PRIMER is a combination of 5 kg powder and 1 ltr chemical and while mixing, 1.5 ltr clean water to be added to it to form paint like consistency. LEAKGUARD PRIMER fills all micro porosity on the surface and provides mechanical properties for further treatment. One set LEAKGUARD PRIMER covers an area of 160 to 170 sft.
