Product Overview
Limestone is an organic, sedimentary rock compressed to form solid rock. Limestone is made up of calcium carbonate and reacts with diluted hydrocloric acid. Limestone is formed in layers - called bedding planes. Limestone are suitable for both Interior & Exterior Applications. Limestone is a common sedimentary rock consisting mostly of calcium carbonate, CaCO3, used as a building stone and in the manufacture of lime, carbon dioxide, and cement. Essentially a Dolomite stone possessing oil-resistant properties, Limestone shows high resistance in freezing and thawing conditions.
