Product Overview
Backed by the years of experience and vast knowledge, we are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a wide range of Quick Lime Lumps in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Quick lime is processed white powder with chemical formula CaO. It is processed by the calcination process of Limestone. Limestone is a naturally occurring sedimentary rock consisting of mainly calcium carbonate, along with some other crystalline forms of Calcium. The calcination Lime Stone is carried out by crushing limestone and burning with coal powder. This calcination results evaporate of CO2 which makes quicklime (CaO). Now it is crushed into powder form of different required sizes. Quicklime can react with water at room temperature and makes Ca(OH)2. The quicklime often ground into fine power by pulverize up to ideal for mixing with additives or other materials. Quicklime can also be hydrated with water (slaking) that results in Hydrated Lime Ca(OH)2. Salient Features:- Available in various grades Pure white Color Fine particle size Low impurity content Applications:- In steel industry It is used in chemical industries as a source of CaO As a filler in paper, paint, rubber, plastic, etc. Water purification industries Bleaching powder industries
