We manufacture, export and supply Casing Elevator to our clients from Taixing, Jiangsu, China. SLX casing elevators are conventional collar type side door elevators for handling casing in drilling operation, SLX casing elevators are cast from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated, and NDT tested. The rated loads rang from 150t(1350kN) to 350t(3150kN), and cover pipe sizes from 4A " to 24" OD, each casing elevator is 1.5 times of the working load tested. SLX casing elevator is constructed in two halves, the two halves are jointed together by hinge pin in such a way to give it a side door construction feature along with a proper balance, one end of both the haves are hinged to each other and the other ends has a latching mechanism with a safety lock. Casing elevators are equipped with easy and safe operating handles at the front, link ears conform to API elevator links, SLX casing elevators bear API monogram as per API requirements, and marked with size of casing and rated working capacity. each casing elevator is provided grease nipples for lubrication of the movable pins, API monogram in conjunction with numbers, product series numbers are hard die stamped on shoulders of casing elevators for tracing, and casing elevators shoulders are die stamped with size of casing and rated working capacity.
