Ever since the journey began long ago, we have continued to grow in this line as a manufacturer and supplier of UPVC Doors. These doors are sound proof which are suitable to be installed in offices and corporate houses. Our offered doors are made with premium quality unplasticised polyvinyl chloride and additives that are helpful in producing sound extrusions. This range of doors is available for the customers in various sizes and dimensions, with an aim to meet with their variegated requirements. Our UPVC Doors are provided at the patrons' specified place within the specified time frame. Features: Seamless finishing Excellent quality Light weight UPVC DoorsUPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) and only those additives are used that are essential in producing sound extrusions in accordance to BIS 7413:1991. The main profiles shall be multi chambered, with a min. of three chambers. The central chamber, being for reinforcement, shall be fully sealed when main profiles are welded at joints. Water drainage path is in a separate chamber and does not affect the integrity of the central chamber. All profiles are tested regularly for Heat reversion, Heat ageing, Impact resistance and weld factors in accordance to BS 7413:1991. Profiles are tested regularly for welded corner strength. The welded joint shall never fail below a stress level of 20 mpa. On whole, when properly manufactured, windows and doors shall confirm to and comply with the specifications and standards of BIS 6375 Part 1 and 2. All reinforcements for profiles shall be either MS sheet hot dip zinc coated of grade N in compliance with BS 2989 or extruded aluminium alloy grade 6063 or 6082 in compliance with BS 1474. Performance Values: Heat Insulation- Window: U Value of 1.4 1.8 W/m2k Frame: U Value of 1.4 1.7 W/m2k Glass: U Value of .7 1.6 W/m2k. Sound Insulation: Sound insulation value of Rw 30dB 42 dB with 5mm clear Single Glass. Air Permeability of Joints: Casement & Turn /Tilt Windows at 10Pa a value is less than 0.2m3/hm (10Pa) 2/3. Water Tightness: Turn n Tilt Single/Double pane windows with Mullion: up to 600 Pa no ingress of water to internal side Turn n Tilt Double pane window with mullion /double pane door with separate mullion: Up to 300 Pa no ingress of water to internal side. Functional Tests: Wind resistance: Up to 2400 Pa Gust of Wind (Security): 1000 Pa Movements: 10000 cycles. Frame Shutter Sizes: Pl. refers to the Product Brochure Softline 58 Casement & Softline 73 Sliding Doors. Locking for Windows: This may be Simple one point lock / Two Point of Multi Point depending on the requirements & Price acceptance of the customer. H/W & Fittings: Tech Specs: Confirms to the relevant BIS standard Make: Roto, CHNHL or others as per the requirements.
