Details of our Two Leaf Swing Door: * Frame is made of 300mm x 150mm x 2mm. thick, pressed CR Sheets, Heavy duty Bearing type Hinges (4 nos. of on each side) are provided for 180A opening. Necessary Anchor fasteners are provided on the sides of the frame vertically and horizontally, for fixing in the wall. * Structure of the shutter is made of MS Hollow Section, vertically and horizontally. Back & front side of the MS Hollow structure is fixed with 2mm. thick MS sheet, to make plain surface. In between two sheets 50mm. thick Mineral wool having density 48 kg/cum is insulated, Door is provided with necessary fixing like MS Aldrop, Stoppers, Handles, with necessary locking arrangements.
