Industrial thermo-insulated (high density injected PU foam) Sliding Doors with composite plastic/stainless steel/only stainless steel hardware. These Sliding Doors are provided with anodized aluminium profiles sliding track and guide and are produced for positive temperature applications (STN), negative temperature applications (SBT) with heaters. In sliding series we find doors with thicknesses of 70mm, 90mm and 120mm, in customized and varying dimensions range. They are also available in manual and automatic version, in different cladding colours and also in stainless steel. Technical Specifications a c Door blade consists of 2 steel sheets and extruded aluminium frame with injected 40/43 kg/m3 polyurethane foam inside. a c Door thicknesses are 70mm or 90mm for cold rooms, 120mm for freezer and deep-freezer rooms. a c The rails are anodized aluminium, all hardware is stainless steel and composite plastic. (In Elba series, all hardware is fully stainless steel) a c In standard, the door supplied with pvc coated galvanised metal sheet covering with various colour options. Alternatively, it can be supplied with stainless steel covering. a c On cold room doors, one array of rubber gasket, on freezer and deep freezer room doors double array of rubber gaskets as well as resistance cable. a c Diathermic threshold for freezer and deep-freezer doors. a c PVC door frame with interior support profiles. a c It can be easily installed on any type of wall and panel.
