Product Overview

uPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) & only those additives are used that are essential in producing sound extrusions in accordance to BIS 7413:1991. The main profiles shall be multi chambered, with a min. of three chambers. The central chamber, being for reinforcement, shall be fully sealed when main profiles are welded at joints. Water drainage path is in a separate chamber & does not affect the integrity of the central chamber. All Profiles are tested regularly for Heat Reversion, Heat Ageing, Impact resistance & Weld factors in accordance to BS 7413:1991. Profiles are tested regularly for Welded Corner Strength. The welded joint shall never fail below a stress level of 20 Mpa. On whole, when properly manufactured, windows & Doors shall confirm to & comply with the specifications & standards of BIS 6375 Part 1 & 2. All reinforcements for profiles shall be either MS sheet hot dip zinc coated of Grade N in compliance with BS 2989 or Extruded aluminium alloy Grade 6063 or 6082 in compliance with BS 1474.
