Our offered Flush Doors are made from selected veneer and selected timbers which are treated by Vacuum impregnation treatment plant with CCA preservative chemical and seasoned under accurate temperature to obtain required moisture and bonded with phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic resin (B.W.P Grade) conforming to IS:848-2006 with controlled temperature & high pressure to use under severest climatic conditions. STANDARD SIZES (In mm): 1905 X 700,1905 X 800,1905 X 900 2005 X 700, 2005 X 800,2005 X 900 2105 X 700, 2105 X 800,2105 X 900 (Modular size) and as per specific orders. STANDARD THICKNESS (In mm): 25,30,35 and as per specific orders. ADVANTAGES: Accuracy and stability in dimension. No warping and delamination when subjected to changes in atmospheric condition. Vacuum impregnation preservative chemical treatment to make our products: borer, termite & powder free. Excellent screw holding capacity.
