One of the leading manufacturer and supplier of flush doors, Kailash Hi-Tech Timber Industries Ltd designs and develop exclusive range of flush doors to meet BIS 2202 (Part 1) 1983. All the flush doors are tested in our in house laboratory to ensure international standards. These are marketed under the brand BOUNTY . Our dimensionally stable, termite-resistant, moisture-proof, and durable flush doors are made with chemically treated & kiln seasoned selected hardwood battens. The block board core is set in a wooden frame. The cross band consist of natural treated & machine dried hardwood veneer and a layer of high quality face veneer is selected for the surface. The doors are pressed at high pressure with phenol formaldehyde resin under the cross-banding process. Special Services such as lipping, rebate cutting for double leaf doors and provision of vision/glazing/louvers are provided as per customers requirements.
