Solid core sonsists of Block Board core bonded with crossband and face veneer constructed along with provision of lock block on both sides. Finally finished with commercial veneer or decorative veneer. The can be of natural and recomposed. As an option, the final finish can be of both side laminated and painted or polished. Chemically treated for every fibre of the wood to make the timber free from borer and to strengthen the wood for durability. Wood is generally seasoned by the help of automatic kiln seasoning plant and in the process, the moisture is reduced to the standard requirement. Further bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, 100% boiled water proof, hot pressed at high temperature under uniform pressure. Processed and finished on precision machinery keeping the structure and dimension of the Flush Door, stable and perfect.
