Core of the door blade is 30 mm thick and 4 mm thick without joint premium grade High Pressure Laminates on both side of 52mm thick injected polyurethane. This door core is framed with extruded aluminum profiles finished with natural anodizing. smart radius and curves on the edges makes the door cleaning very easy. The door has a unique patented track system which enables it to seal perfectly when closed helping to reduce air handling costs, cross contamination and would infections. Faced with ledge-free HPL they are easy to clean requiring minimal maintenance. Sliding doors require less valuable space than hinged doors and when operated produce less air disturbance making them ideal for hospital environments where hygiene is a priority. Havey duty track is provided as single length aluminum extruded profile, which allows the door goes down vertically towards the floor and in horizontally towards wall frame while closing simultaneously at an angle of 45 degree by using the weight of the door ro make a perfect hermetic sealing.
