Product Overview
We are manufacturing and supplying a wide array of Portland Pozzolana Cement in Kutch, Gujarat, India. PPC is manufactured either by intergrinding Pozzolanic materials with OPC clinker and gypsum or by intermixing OPC cement and gypsum. The percentage of Pozzolanic material used in the production of PPC should be between 15-35% as per BIS Standards. The Indian Standard for Portland Pozzolana Cement has been issued in two parts based on the type of Pozzolanic material to be used in manufacturing of Portland Pozzolana Cement, IS 1489 (Part 1):2015, Portland Pozzolana Cement Specification (fly ash based) and IS 1489 (Part 2):2015, Portland Pozzolana Cement Specification (Calcined clay based). The quality of fly ash and calcined clay to be used in manufacturing of PPC is specified by BIS under IS 3812 (Part 1):2013 and IS 1344:1981 respectively.
