Forms a flexible and washable membrane soon after application. Highly effective for positive & negative sides of hydrostatic pressure. Positive side impermeability: 5 - 7 Bar Negative side impermeability: 1.5 Bar Effectively seals all existing cracks in the surface with 0.5 mm crack bridging capability. Good resistance to UV and infrared rays. Though highly water impermeable; it is breathable thus enhancing durability of concrete and mortar surfaces. Strong adhesion with all cementitious surfaces including china chips. Non-toxic, hence suitable for all types of water retaining structures. Easy to handle, mix & apply. Freedom from fungus/moss, for improved life of finishing coats and aesthetics.
