Method:
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete
Material:
Aerated Concrete
Produced from five basic raw materials, viz., Fly ash/silica sand Lime Cement Gypsum and water combined with an expanding agent(Aluminium Powder). Excellent construction properties such as : Structural strength Lightness Thermal insulation and fire resistance Light and porous building material Common concrete density is usually 1600-2400 kg/m3, but Aerated concrete is 500-700 kg/m3. It can be made into many sizes of bricks & blocks. Use: It is used in commercial & residential buildings like Hotels, hospitals, educational institutions Museums and eco-parks where sound insulation and thermal insulation matters a lot.
