Seals are made of different quality materials that are vigilantly selected or developed for specific applications. Polyurethane (PUR) Polyurethane has excellent mechanical properties such as high tensile strength, abrasive resistance, tear strength, and extrusion strength. The good temperature range lies between - 40 degree Celsius and +110 degree Celsius. It is resistant to mineral oil and grease. But it is not resistant to water at temperature above + 50 degree, alkalis acid. Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) NBR is usually used in hydraulic and pneumatic system for its good resistance ability to mineral oil, animal oil, grease/fat, fire resistance fluid and grease. The operating temperature generally lies between - 30 degree Celsius and 100 degree Celsius and 120 degree maximum. NBR is not resistant to aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbon, Ketones, fire resistant hydraulic fluid HFD
