Aluminium Sulphate is a good coagulant widely used in water treatment plant, pulp & paper industry, in dye industry, as food additive, as clarifying agent for oils & fats etc. It is available in solid and liquid forms. Specification of non ferric Alum 17% * Physical: White coloured powder or kibbles. * Alumina content as Al2O3: 17% * pH of 5% Solution: 2.5-3.0 * Iron as Fe: 0.01% * Insolubles: less than 0.5% * Packing: 50kg bags Specification of non conventional non ferric Alum * Physical: White coloured kibbles. * Alumina content as Al2O3: gives performance equivalent to Al2O3 15.5-16.0% * pH of 5% Solution: 2.5-3.0 * Iron as Fe: less 0.01% * Insolubles: less than 0.5% * Packing: 50kg bags * Special Features: High performance and low cost compared to conventional non ferric Alum.
