This is Carboxy Methyl Galactomann developed for printing of cotton, rayon,acralic & polyester Fabric, printing paste of rapid dyes.Acid dyes and reactive dyes can be prepared from kevipol NSG- 85. Details of our Kevipol NSG-85:- * Appearance : Yellowish * Color : Yellowish * Nature : An-ionic * Solubility : Cold water Soluble * PH : 9.5 to 10.5 * Moisture : 10% ( Maximum ) * Viscosity : 20000 to 25000 cps in 8% solution (spindle no 6 ,20 rpm at 25A C) * Ash Content : 25% Max * Hydration Time : 3 to 4 hrs. of high speed stirring of A hours. * Preservative : Preservative added to increase storage stability of powder and paste. The product is PCP free. * Packing : 25 kgs HDPE Laminated Paper bags with PE lining. * Storage : Sealed bags under normal condition for 6 month. Features of our Kevipol NSG-85:- * Use of Kevipol NSG-85 offers sharp and level prints with better Colour value. * It has good wash of properties. * When used gives chock free screens.
