Hrubber Natural Rubber

Our offeed Natural Rubber (NR) is produced from the crop harvested from rubber tree both in the latex form as well as in latex coagulum form. It is mainly used in the production of tires, springs and bearings, conveyor belts, coated fabrics and other products. TSR (Technically Specified Rubber) is known as block rubber which requires standardized tests to be performed on each grade of rubber. Major rubber producing countries follow their respective national standards that conform to those laid down by ISO. Malaysian rubber is designated SMR (Standard Malaysian Rubber) and Thai rubber is designated STR (Standard Thai Rubber). Vietnam Rubber is designated SVR (Standard Vietnamese Rubber). RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) is produced directly from latex which is treated and then made to coagulate. The coagulated latex sheets are gone through the smoking process/smoke house. The sheets are hung on lines and dried in smokehouse at high temperature . Blemishes are removed manually and sheets are visually graded the smoked sheet are pressed into bales with different sizes. Normally both TSR and RSS are compressed in 33 1/3 or 35 Kilos wrapped in normal or thick polyethylene We offer most grades of natural rubber from Vietnam as follow TSR: SVR 3L, SVR 5, SVR 10, SVR 20, SVR CV50, SVR CV60 SVR 3L/ SVR 10 COMPOUND RSS: RSS3 LATEX Others as the request of customers
