We are offering our customers a wide range of Rubber Accelerator CA (DPTU), which are available following Specifications :- Chemical Name :N-N'Diphenylthiourea Molecular Formula : C13H12N2S Molecular Weight : 228.31 CAS No. : 102-08-9 Chemical Structure Appearance : White powder Initial Melting point a Y A C 148.0 Heating Loss a % 0.30 Ash : a % 0.30 Residue on 840I m Sieve a % 0.00 Properties: Slight odor. Specific gravity: 1.27--1.33. Soluble in DMF and acetone. Slightly soluble in benzene, chloroform and carbon bisulfide. Insoluble in xylene, carbon tetrachloride, and water. Application: Medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondary accelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. Package: 25kg N.W./bag, in plastic fabric laminated kraft bags lined with plastic bags. Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
