Following are the specifications of Silicone Masterbatch (GT-625): Appearance: pale white particles Silicone content: 50% Recommended dose: 0.5% -10% Typical Application GT-625 is the dispersion of ultra-high molecular weight silicone polymer in SAN.For its particle morphology,GT-625 can be easily added in many materialsa manufacturing process.It has a good dispersion performance and makes the manufacturing easier. Features : To increase scratch resistance and wear resistance, improve surface gloss,reduce reject rate ,improve uniformity. To improve fluidityi filling capabilities and reduce torque in plastics processing To improve the plastic particles feeding rate and production rate, eliminate the problem of material accumulation in the diehead. To improve thermoplasticsa mold release performance in injection molding. To improve the appearance smoothness of injection molded products. To improve hand feeling(flexibility and slip resistance,etc). To increase resina s ejection performance in high temperature and complex embryo,to stop the screw from slipping, will not affect producta s downstream processing such as spraying or adhesion, excellent print ability.
