Our range of Scratch Resistant is our new product which dispersed in PP with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. PP Masterbatch overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now PP Masterbatch is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic. Typical performance: Name: LYSI-06 Appearance: White pellet Silicone content: %50 Resin: PP Dosage: %0.5-10 Applications: (1) PP Packaging film or packaging film materials (2) Automobile interior trim materials PP/TalcALA A TPO ( to improve scratch resistance and surface properties ) (3) BOPP, CPP films Use methods: LYSI-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the productAcA A s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
