We are instrumental in manufacturing and exporting to our valuable customers excellent quality Black Masterbatch which is available with following specification:- Carbon Black Content : 10%-50% Carbon Black Type : N220,N330,N550,Domestic carbon black or Imported carbon black, HAF type or P type, normal carbon black or pigment carbon black Carrier Resin : PE, PP, ABS, EVA,PVC Carrier Resin Type : Virgin or Recycled Materials Effect : Good dispersion, high blackness, high brightness Dosage : 2%-5% is recommended for molding, injection, extrusion, blowing extrusion. 5%-15% is recommended for film blowing. Or adjust the dosage as per your products performance. Application:- 1.Fiber ( Carpet, Textiles, Upholstery, etc.) 2.Film (shopping bags, casting film, multilayer film, etc.) 3.Extrusion Molding (Sheet, Pipe wire & Cable, etc.) 4.Injection molding (Automotive, Electronic, Construction, House wares, Furniture, Toys, etc. 5.Bottle (mineral water bottle, carbonated soft drinks, oil bottle, etc.) 6.Blow Molding (Medical & Cosmetic container, lubricant & Paint container, etc.) Package : Paper-plastic compound bags/ PE bags, 25kg net weight/ bag, 20 metric tons in a 20FCL.
