The copper ore is leached water with sulphuric acid will be taken in Mixing tank and apply gentle heat up 85o c. The resulting copper sulphate solution is allowed to settle and filtered to obtain a clear solution. The solution is sent evaporators and then to crystallizers to form crystalline copper sulphate (cuso4 5H2o).The crystals are allowed to drain and may be dried by centrifuge then Final product copper sulphate is packing in HDP bag.
