Our offered Non Toxic Plasticizer Substitute The DOP H90 is a light yellow sticky oily liquid in normal temperature and will be frozen under 0C, its viscosity is 305m PA. S (25C). It is soluble in HC, Ketone, slightly soluble in ethanol. It has a good miscibility with PVC resin, low volatility, mobility and plastication temperature. Its high thermal stability and light stability, good resistance to water and oil endow the products with better mechanical strength, weather resistingproperty and electrical property. Application: H90 is our new developed product which is specially used for 90CPVC Cable Covering Materials. No need to use other plasticizers or stabilizers but H90 during making PVC Cable Covering Materials. The finished products are completely measures up to the standard of GBT/8815-2008. Recommend usage: Add 53 phr H90 into 100 phr intoPVC resin together with Calcium powder, inner and external lubricant. The plastication temperature will be decreased by 10C.
