These Lubricant Additive- TH561 provides the lubricant with preferable antiwear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and metal deactivation. 1. DESCRIPTION The Lubricant Additive- TH561 is a transparent liquid, prepared from 2,5-dimercaptothiodiazole and thioalcohol. It provides the lubricant with preferable antiwear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and metal deactivation performance. 2. APPLICATIONS It is used primarily for anti-wear hydraulic oil, low-temperature hydraulic oil, turbine oil and gasoline engine oil, serves as anti-corrosion agent, antiwear agent and metal deactivator; used as extreme pressure agent, bacteria and oxidation inhibitor in emulsion; and antioxidant in internal combustion engine oil. The dosage is from 0.3% to 0.4%.
