We are manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Spray Dryers. We are specialized in Flash, Fluidized Bed & Spray Dryers. Flash Drying is the most rapid means of continuously drying particulate solids. Evaporation during flash drying takes place in a matter of seconds. A wide variety of particulate solids can be flash dried. Advantages: * Product exposure to the drying air lasts less than two seconds. This short product residence time prevents decomposition of heat sensitive materials and allows use of high temperature resulting better thermal efficiency. * Product conveying & size reduction carried out simultaneously with drying. * Maintenance is quite low since there are few moving parts in the system. * Quick plant start - up and adjustment of operating conditions. * Relatively low investment cost.
