Product Description PREMISOL 9300 is an excellent specialty designed silicon base anti foaming agent for process line. It contain highly effective de foaming and anti-foaming agent for total protection against priming and foaming. Physical & chemical Properties PREMISOL 9300 Appearance : Milky white Form : Liquid Sp.gravity : 1.15 +/- 0.05 pH (Neat) : 5.5 to 7.5 Solubility : Soluble in water in all proportions Shelf life : 1 Years Typical Dosage PREMISOL 9300 is recemented for use in high alkalinity and organic contamination in process steam to ensures that no priming and foaming occurs in the system even these condition. Normal dose level is 0.03 to 0.05% ,depending on severity of foaming. Handling & Safety PREMISOL 9300 should be handled like any other industrial chemical, such as, acids or alkalis. Safety shoes, gloves and face masks should be worn while handling the product. Direct contact with skin should be avoided. In case of accidental splash, wash the affected area with plenty of fresh water and get immediate medical attention. In case of spills, wash the area with plenty of water. Environmental Safety PREMISOL 9300 contains ingredients, which are nontoxic and non-polluting at suggested use levels. They are auto degradable and bio degradable. Water treated with PREMISOL 9300 can be safely discharged into any waste stream, without need for any post treatment.
