Grind Master offers OMERA range of automatic Trimming and Beading Machines. These are versatile automatic machines for faster and economic trimming, beading, curling, joggling, flanging, lock seaming operations on polygonal and round sheet metal pressed components in mild sheet, S.S. & aluminium. The machines are used in the manufacturing of metal containers, kitchenware, gas cylinder, spin tub of washing machine, automobile filters, silencers and other pressed components. The machines use very simple and inexpensive tooling which is easy to maintain & makes quick change over from one job to another very easy. Multiple operations on sheet metal pressed parts which are done consecutively on lathes can be done only in one setting on these machines. Production capacity is 60 to 300 pcs/hr. These machines are also offered in CNC version.
