We are offering our customers a huge range of CK45 Piston Rods, which are available with following features : (1) Material: CK45,4140,4130,TP304L,TP316L, other stainless steel, alloy steel and special steel (2) OD range: 12-500 mm (3) Max length 16 meters (4) Supply condition: Chrome plated (5) Chrome thickness: 20 To 50 Micron (6) Surface roughness: 0.2-0.4 um (7) Outer diameter tolerance: ISO f7 (8) Ovality: Half of the tolerance ISO f7 (9) Straightness: a 0.2mm/m (10) Corrosion resistance: Test in natural salt spray according to ASTM B 117-36 hours. (11) Packing: Anti rust oil to be spread on rod surface and each rod to be packed in paper roll and then in wooden box.
