The Multilevel car parking provides space saving parking by stacking cars side by side and on top of each other in a storage and retrieval system. The lengthwise arrangement is particularly suitable for narrow ground plans. One or more transfer areas open up access to the working area with the storage and retrieval unit. A turntable can be integrated either in the system or in the transfer area so that cars can leave the garage in driving direction. The transfer area can be arranged at each level.
