The Force Feed Lubricators are precision metering pumps operating within steel fabricated reservoirs. Which contain lubricant (either mineral oil base or synthetic) to be pumped; each pumping unit with its sight feed supplies a single point of lubrication. Lubricator may be furnished in single or multi-feed units for any number of points of lubricator in a wide choice of adjustable feeds, single or multi-compartment reservoirs, various drives and arrangements for a broad range of lubricants, viscosities and desired line pressure. a VERTEXa lubricator pumping unit is fitted with an integrate sight unit showing the flow of lubricant in to each line. FEATURES:- GENERAL PURPOSE LUBRICATION a Automatic, precision metering for all types of machine. TYPE PUMPING UNIT a Clear-view, sight unit functions of atmospheric pressure, shows amount of lubricant being pumped. Equipped with inlet strainer. NO. OF FEED a 1 to 16 per Lubricator standard. DISPLACEMENT a OUTPUT a 9 to 12 drops per stroke with A a plunger, Adjustable from 0 to 0.28 cc/stroke/element. AVAILABLE DRIVES a Direct rotory (internal reduction 60:1, 120:1, 11:2) RESERVOIRS a Single compartment, sheet metal available a 3ltr, 4.8ltr, 6ltr, 8.5ltr, 10.8ltr, 12ltr. FEED REGULATOR a External screw type precisely adjustable while idle or in operation. REMOVABLE PUMPING UNIT a Self contained, all unit interchangeable (For same working pressure) remove two screws and lift out.
