ESPON-ELB is a coolant-cum-lubricant for hot forging dies. It is specially developed for brass, copper, aluminium, titanium and magnesium forgings. BENEFITS: Reduction in forging load Improvement in the metal flow. Prevention of sticking of forged component into the die cavity. Improved die life. Improved surface quality of the forged components. Graphite less lubricant. Hence no deposits on the die cavity. No black spots on the forgings.
