Our recent introduction is Single Stage Cooling for High Temperature Water. In the process industries where Hot Water/Effluent temperature is around 80C, the normal Cooling Towers (CT) need recycling of water in 2/3 stages to bring it down to required temperature of 35C. It consumes great amount of power on pumps and fans, which translates into heavy monetary loss and wastage of precious energy. Our MCS for HTW brings down the temperature of Hot Water from 80C to 35C in just One Stroke! It means great savings in the form of Energy and Time. Applications Condensate Cooling : Sugar Factories Effluent Cooling in Paper and other similar industries Heavy Water Plants (Dept. of Atomic Energy) All such industries where High Temperature Water of around 80C is to be cooled down to around Ambient Temperature or even lower. Salient Features Ensures Cold Water temperature of less than 35C with Temperature Drop of 40C+ in Single Stroke. Assured Energy saving of 25 to 30%. Negligible maintenance as: a) There are no moving parts in the system. b) Use of SS 304 as MOC. c) Choke-less design of nozzles. The system has amazing life of 15 to 20 years Pay Back Period is less than 1 year
