Product Overview
Water Jet Vacuum CondenserOur condensers have a robust design with a 20 year experience back up. Due to uniquely designed jet nozzles water jets are passed in to the center of tail pipe at high velocity thus producing ventury action. This creates a high suction pressure and air with non-condensables are sucked in. Tail pipe is installed at bottom of cone which then goes directly in to the hot water tank without any bends so as to avoid any blockages in the system. All nozzles including Mist and Jet are pointing down wards thus removing any chances of water going back to the main equipment. They are available in two versions:MULTITASKING-AT CONDENSERS (MTAT): This design is useful when vacuum to be obtained is around 700 to 710 mm hg. Here, vapour condensation and vacuum creation zones are different. Vapour comes from top and gets condensed by fine water mist created by Mist creators installed in the jacket at top section of the condenser, while required vacuum is created by water jets installed in the shooter box located just above the bottom cone of the condenser. Water entry connections to condensation and vacuum section are separate.SINGLE ENTRY CONDENSERThis design is used for vacuum requirement of around 650 to 660 mm hg. Here, the water entry connection is common. Mist creator nozzles as well as jet nozzles are installed on a common box fitted inside the condenser, Mist creators are installed at top periphery and jet nozzles in shooter plate at the bottom of the box. Mist creators spray water on incoming vapours thus condensing them while jet nozzles create vacuum.
