Helical Gears

Product Overview

The involute teeth of the steel helical gears are cut at an angle to the face of the gear. When the teeth of the gears engage, the contact starts from an end and gradually spreads with the rotation of the gears, until the two teeth comes in complete contact. These helical gears have a big advantage of performing the task smoothly and more quietly with less vibration. The long and strong teeth with greater surface makes steel helical gears ideal for carrying heavy loads.
