Product Overview
We fabricate helical gears by using alloyed case steel. These gears are available up to 1250mm dia and 16-module angle up 30 degree-helix angle cut in gear hobbing machine LIFEBHERR 1200. The leading edges of teeth are not parallel to the axis of rotation, but are set as an angle. The angled teeth engage more gradually than do spur gear teeth. This helps the helical gears operating smoothly.
