This coating can be carried out at site with simple tools. No special skill is required and equipment can be put into service within 24 hours. This can replace hard facing practice carried out which required special skill. This coating last 8 to 10 times then the conventional hard face welding. Micro bead coating is ideal coating where high wear reduced production and increase cost in components like classifier, coal exhauster, launder, feed chute, ID fan casing, sand pump, mud pump, cyclone etc. where wearing and erosion is major problem.
