Properties: Application : Milky white liquid pH (as packed) : 3.0 +/- 1 Specific gravity at 25C : 1.03 Tg : -40 Storage : Protect from freezing Flocking & Lamination: For flocking, a good adhesive with soft hand and durability to washing and dry cleaning is required, and K-87 is idealy suitable for such usages. A typical formulation consists of : Product Parts by wt. K-87 92 ASE a 60 2 Urea 1 Glycerine 1 Fixer PF 4 Total 100 Parts Liq. NHs or TEA is added to ensure pH upto 8. Quantities of ASEa 6O can be varies as per desired Viscosity. Non-Woven Bonding: K-87 is designed for non-woven bonding where high degree of softness, flexibility and resiliency is required. It has an excellent adhesion to natural and synthetic fibers and blends of them. K-87 can be used by all the conventional methods of nonwoven bonding.
